 This year too, Probios doesn't miss the appointment! The 35th edition of Biofach (Hall 7, Stand 7-375), the world's leading trade fair in organic food, is approaching, scheduled from February 13 to 16 in Nuremberg, and we are gearing up. For the occasion, we will present the new entries of our line with innovative characteristics: it's not only organic and high in protein but also plant-based, capable of accommodating every dietary style. Under the spotlight of the Biofach stage, 4 novelties rich in protein will be presented, to give a wellness twist to everyday diets.

Protein novelties at Probios

Protein Wrap, Protein Base Pizza, Protein Sticks, and Protein Taralli are the new products in our Protein line, 4 bakery references to be used at every meal of the day to make it not only tasty but also healthy, the right boost to face intense workouts or simply busy days dictated by packed schedules. The four references join a complete line of protein products increasingly sought after by sports enthusiasts and those living dynamic lives: pasta, cakes, crispy pastries, protein bars, spreadable creams, pancake mixes, and energy mixes. From breakfast to breaks, passing through lunch and dinner, at Probios, the rich-in repertoire offers the possibility of following a varied, fiber-rich, balanced diet with a high nutritional profile thanks to the properties of plant-based proteins alone.

Not just Protein!

Among the flagship products we bring to Nuremberg is the Keto Bread, one of the most performing low-carb breads launched in recent years, the first organic bread ideal for the ketogenic diet, which has 65% fewer carbohydrates than the average soft sliced bread, available with seeds or in the beetroot version. At our stand, the no added sugars claim cannot be missing, which gives the name to one of the most innovative free-from lines. Also present is the gluten-free line, which in total offers 490 references developed with original and innovative formulations and recipes, a real breakthrough for those who are gluten intolerant or allergic. Among these are the Oat Cookies, a reinterpretation of classic American cookies in a vegan and gluten-free version. Last but not least, the organic products resulting from Italian excellence, gathered in the Italian Taste section, such as innovative nickel-free certified canned products: basil and chili ready sauces, red and yellow tomato puree, whole red and yellow natural cherry tomatoes, and whole tomatoes in sauce. All made with 100% Italian organic tomatoes grown in the field, the result of a very strict selection at the base. Products like these and other specialties of the Mediterranean tradition can be tasted at the stand thanks to the tasting opportunities organized during the days of the event.
