This year too we are going to attend Biofach, the world reference fair for the organic sector from 12 to 15 February
As every year, an unmissable event is about to return in 2020: the Biofach fair in Nuremberg, for thirty years one of the most important international events for the organic and natural world, where more than 50,000 visitors and professionals from around 130 countries are expected.
A unique variety of organic food, strict admission criteria and a consistent certification make Biofach more than a specialized exhibition, but the world event that presents innovations, imposes trends and moves the organic world by creating networking for the whole sector.
We will be present with a 63 m2 booth, a space shared with our German subsidiary Probios Deutschland and with Il Nutrimento, part of Probios since 2005, a company specialized in the processing of organic vegetables and in the development of products, for private label too, using raw materials grown mainly in Italy, to ensure a short supply chain, a reduced environmental impact and the promotion of Italian organic agriculture.
Biofach will be the opportunity to present the latest novelties from Probios that will participate in the innovation competition: Chickpeas and black pepper Chips and Lentils and paprika Chips, delicious snacks based on organic legumes, produced with sunflower oil and palmoil-free, crunchy and tasty and both gluten-free.
On the news stage of Il Nutrimento, the new Vegeatal brand will be protagonist with its line of vegetable "cheeses": in particular, it will be possible to taste Grattaveg, the 100% vegetable alternative to the famous seasoned cheese to be grated, perfect for flavoring recipes and first courses, and Mozzaveg, a fresh veg alternative to mozzarella that spins and melts, ideal both raw than on pizza. Both products are made with completely vegetable ingredients, milk- and gluten-free, based on legume flours. Vegeatal's Grattaveg and Mozzaveg will also participate in the innovation competition.
During the 4 fair days, tastings and show cookings will take place at our stand to illustrate the use in the kitchen of our organic products wide range.
