Probios is about to go back to the prestigious stage of Sana 2019, the International Exhibition of Organic and Natural Products now in its 31st edition, which will be held in Bologna Fiere, from Friday 6 to Monday 9 September.
We will be present at the event at Pav.29 - Booth C26/D25, an exhibition space of 128sqm shared with our sister company Il Nutrimento and with Vegeatal, creator of "MozzaVeg", a vegetable alternative to mozzarella.
In the window the latest news that will enrich our already extensive catalog: in fact we will present Muffin with chocolate drops, Plumcake with sunflower oil and Breadcrumbs with whole wheat flour, three new Gluten Free products, the result of the commitment we have always put into researching tasty and alternative solutions that also allow those who follow certain diets not to renounce to the variety and pleasure of food.
Our agenda in the four days dedicated to organic Bologna will be very rich, starting with the two show-cooking sessions on Saturday and Sunday afternoons, featuring the youtubers of Il Goloso Mangiar Sano channel, Elisabetta and Federica Pennacchioni.
During Sana, the Bio Awards winners will be announced, the prizes organized by the magazine Bio&Consumi and by TespiMediagroup. The award, assigned by a qualified jury, intends to enhance the work done by the organic sector companies that have distinguished themselves in the design and production of innovative products over the past year.
In addition, we will compete with chocolate chip Muffins, buckwheat Crumiri and gluten-free Breadcrumbs at the Sana Novità competition, an event that is renewed every year and that entrusts the visitors of the fair with the honor and burden of decreeing winners, once you have tasted a preview of the novelties proposed at the fair.
Finally, Sana 2019 will be the official occasion to present our new institutional campaign dedicated to Gluten Free, focused on the concept of an organic with zero compromises that doesn’t renounce to taste and goodness for all food needs.
