INGREDIENTS
INSTRUCTIONS
  1. In a bowl combine the flour with the milk and mix to obtain a smooth batter, then add the yeast and a pinch of salt.
  2. A part finely slice the onion and crush the tofu with a fork, then add them together to the corn grains into to the batter, mixing thoroughly.
  3. Mix the ricotta with the honey and the rest of the lemon juice.
  4. Let stand about twenty minutes, then fry the dough by spoonfuls in hot oil.
  5. Wipe dry with kitchen paper and serve with a pinch of salt and a sprinkling of freshly ground pepper.
