INGREDIENTS
- 100 grams of corn flour
- 50 gr wheat flour Probios
- 50 grams of tofu with basil Bioenergy
- 50 grams of corn canned The Nourishment
- 50 ml of soy milk Soy & Soy or Rice Rice & Rice natural
- 1 fresh onion
- 1 teaspoon of baking pies for bio
- Corn oil for frying Il Nutrimento q.b
- sea salt and pepper q.b.
INSTRUCTIONS
- In a bowl combine the flour with the milk and mix to obtain a smooth batter, then add the yeast and a pinch of salt.
- A part finely slice the onion and crush the tofu with a fork, then add them together to the corn grains into to the batter, mixing thoroughly.
- Mix the ricotta with the honey and the rest of the lemon juice.
- Let stand about twenty minutes, then fry the dough by spoonfuls in hot oil.
- Wipe dry with kitchen paper and serve with a pinch of salt and a sprinkling of freshly ground pepper.
