INGREDIENTS
- - 400 gr Tofu natural Bio In Tavola

- - A dozen basil leaves spezzetate
- - 1 lemon juice
- - 3 tablespoons shoyu Probios

INSTRUCTIONS
- Blanch the tofu for 5 minutes, let it cool and cut into slices about 3 mm.
- In a bowl mix the remaining ingredients.
