INGREDIENTS

INSTRUCTIONS
- Roast the peppers in the oven at 200 ° C for 15-20 minutes, until uniformed colored. Close it in a bag for foods for 20 minutes: in this way ist more easy to peel them.
- Reduce in a bowl the peeled peppers cutted into small cubes and stir in the breadcrumbs, grated cheese, egg, a pinch of salt and pepper. You will get a not too soft compound. If not, add more breadcrumbs.
- Spread a large towel and arrange on top of the mixture, giving it the shape of a sausage. Then rolled cloth by tightening the roll very well and hold all with kitchen string, to avoid that during cooking the inside comes into contact with the water
- Place the roll in a pot with water to a boil and cook for 20 minutes over low heat; then drain and leave to cool completely without opening it. Gently lift up the cloth, lay on a platter and serve sprinkled with an emulsion based on olive oil and lemon.
