Smoothie of Radishes and Celery Ginger

INGREDIENTS
  • - 400 g of yogurt
  • - 25 radishes
  • - 1 stalk celery
  • - 1 lemon
  • - 1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger
  • - Extra virgin olive oil
  • - Salt
  • - 5 tablespoons ice
INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Peel the radishes, peel 4-5 of them and keep it aside, then slice them all as finely as possible. Thinly slice even the celery stalks, putting aside the points with the most tender leaves. Then season the radish and celery with a tablespoon of oil and a pinch of salt.
  2. Squeeze the lemon juice and mix for long time with ginger and 2 tablespoons of olive oil; then mix it with the yogurt.
  3. Riunite in a blender the crushed ice, radishes, celery and yogurt, mix until You get a thick cream at the end check for salt.
