Oat Sandwiches with Peas and Basil

INGREDIENTS
  • - 4 oat sandwiches
  • - 200 g of piattoni peas
  • - 2 tablespoons soy, cream
  • - 2 tablespoons oil
  • - basil
  • - salt
INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Steam the peas for about 10 minutes. Let them cool and then blend them with the soy cream, oil and a pinch of salt
  2. Transfer the mixture into a bowl, flavour with chopped basil leaves and stir. Then stuff the sandwiches with the pea cream
