INGREDIENTS

INSTRUCTIONS
- Cook on steam or boil the cauliflower florets for about 10 minutes to make them soft; drain and mash with a fork.
- Mince the garlic with olive and brown for a few minutes in a pan with 3 tablespoons of olive oil. Add the cauliflower, let it cook for 5 minutes, then add a pinch of salt and freshly ground pepper. Remove from the heat and let cool.
- Beat the eggs with the sprigs of dill, milk and cheese.
- Line a baking dish with parchment paper, arange the cauliflower and then cover it with the eggs. Bake at 190 ° C for about 25 minutes. You can serve the cake warm or lukewarm.
