INGREDIENTS
- - 6 dried tomatoes
- - 4 slices of bread for toast
- - 2 slices of gouda cheese
- - 4 pitted olives
- - 6 basil leaves
INSTRUCTIONS
- Let the dried tomatoes drip and chop them finely. Coat 2 slices of toast bread with half the tomatoes and the cheese. Cut the olives into thin rings, distribute the remaining tomatoes over the cheese. Add 4 basil leaves. Close with the other slices of bread
- Lightly press the bread slices and put them in the toaster. Cut the sandwiches diagonally, garnish with the remaining basil
