INGREDIENTS
- For the seitan:
- - 300 grams of seitan natural Bio in Tavola
- - 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil Il Nutrimento
- - 2 tablespoons shoyu Probios
- For the cream of mayonnaise:
- - 40 grams of soy cream kitchen Soia & Soia
- - 80 grams of soy milk Soia & Soia
- - 40 grams of extra virgin olive oil Il Nutrimento
- - Juice of half a lemon
- - 1 teaspoon of mustard Il Nutrimento
- - Half a bag of saffron powder
- - A pinch of sea salt
- - 20 grams desalted capers Il Nutrimento, chopped
INSTRUCTIONS
- Cut the seitan into thin slices and let it flavor in oil and shoyu in the fridge for at least 2 hours.
- Pour into a blender the oils, milk, cream and lemon juice, add the saffron and salt, mustard to taste and blend for about 20 seconds.
- Arrange the slices of seitan on a dish in a single layer, cover with cream and garnish with capers.
