INGREDIENTS
- - 100 g of tofu in natural Bio in Tavola
- - 1 onion
- - 2 small zucchini
- - turmeric
- - 1 handful of leaves of lemon balm and mint
- - Whole Sea salt of Trapani
- - Extra virgin olive oil Il Nutrimento q.b.
- - water
- - Mayonnaise rice Mayorice
INSTRUCTIONS
- Prepare the vegetables for cooking: Wash the zucchini and check them, peel the onion.
- Grate the first with the appropriate tool with large holes and finely chop the second.
- Sauté both in the pan for 6 minutes with the oil and water.
- Meanwhile, chop the herbs and mix to the content in the pan.
- Also add the crumbled tofu, salt and turmeric, and cook for another 5 minutes.
- Let cool and serve on bread smeared with rice mayonnaise Mayorice.
