INGREDIENTS
- - 100g lentils small biological Probios
- - 1 red onion
- - 5 cloves
- - 2 bay leaves
- - 6 juniper berries
- - bread to roast
- - Extra virgin olive oil Il Nutrimento oilo Novello new crop by Probios
- - 1 glass of red wine Bedlam IGT Natura Toscana by Probios
- - Salt and pepper q.b.
INSTRUCTIONS
- Boil a pot of salted water. In the meanwhile cutfinely the onion and brown it in a pan with 2 tablespoons of hot oil.
