INGREDIENTS
- - 150 g of quinoa
- - 2 zucchini
- - 1 clove of garlic
- - 1 tablespoon sesame seeds Probios

- - 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil The Nourishment

INSTRUCTIONS
- Cook the quinoa in 300 ml of boiling salted water for 15 minutes.
- Boil the zucchini in salted water for 10 minutes. Drain and divide them into 2 logs, then cut lengthwise obtaining 8 pieces. Helping you with a melon baller or a spoon remove the pulp from the zucchini obtaining the boats and taking care not to break them. So keep them warm.
- Saute chopped garlic in a pan with a little olive oil, add the chopped pulp of the zucchini to the quinoa, salt and mix well. Cook for a few minutes.
- Stuff the boats with the quinoa sauté, and then completed with a few leaves of parsley and, if necessary, with a sprinkling of black sesame. Serve at once.
