INGREDIENTS
- - 150 g of fresh goat cheese
- - 150 g of avocado
- - 30 g onions small
- - 2 tablespoons pistachios
- - 2 tablespoons parsley
- - 2 tablespoons dill
- - 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- - 1 teaspoon chili powder
- - ½ clove garlic
- - 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- - salt
INSTRUCTIONS
- Peel the avocado and mash it reducing it to a smooth paste. In a bowl mix it with cheese, parsley and dill, onion and garlic finely chopped together, the lemon juice, oil and pepper. In the end add the pistachios, salt and mix again if necessary.
- Place the mixture into a loaf pan lined with plastic wrap, cover and keep in the fridge for at least 2 hours.
- Turn out the paté, just before serving, in a serving dish and garnish it with parsley and dill.
