  • - 1 tablespoon soy sauce

  • - 4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Cut the seitan into pieces and cook in a pan over low heat covered with 50 ml of hot water; after 5 minutes, add the soy oil, the leaves of thyme, chopped rosemary, lemon zest and continue for 15 minutes, until the water is absorbed. Blend everything obtaining a soft dough.
