INGREDIENTS
- - 350g di seitan
- - 1 Jar Mayorice Original
- - 40g capers
- - 2 tablespoons Shoyu
- - 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- - Juice of 1 lemon
- - The peel of ½ orange
INSTRUCTIONS
- Thinly slice the seitan and marinate it in a bowl with the oil, the Shoyu and the lemon juice for at least 2 hours.
- Mince the capers, combine 2/3 of them to the mayo and stir.
- Plate the seitan slices on a single layer, cover them with a thin layer of mayo and decorate with the remaining capers and some thin slices of orange peel.
