INGREDIENTS
- - 30 gr algae "spaghetti di mare" Algamar
- - 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
- - The juice and zest of half a lemon
- - 1 thin slice of lemon
- - 1 small bunch of parsley, chopped
- - 4 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil Il Nutrimento
- - Sea salt integral q.b.
- - Lightly toasted croutons
INSTRUCTIONS
- Soak the seaweed for about 30 minutes, drain well, remove a few parts that might be remained harsh and cut into small pieces.
- Cut the yellow part of the peel of the lemon in thin strips (zest).
- Mix the ingredients in a bowl, add salt and cook the seaweed for at least 1 hour before you put them on crostini, decorating them with small wedges of lemon slices.
